Payments for vaccinations are non-refundable except in the
following cases, and upon request by the recipient:
(a) if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled
(b) if the event is cancelled and rescheduled but recipient is
unable to attend or has already received the vaccination at
another location.
Please note that vouchers may be issued for use at other
Flu Busters vaccination clinics in your community. Those
vouchers must be used within the same flu season.
