 | Promote your clinic during back-to-school activities and at other school and | |

| Encourage people to pre-register and pre-pay for their vaccinations | |
| Use the resources on the “Promotions” tab of this Let’s fight flu together! website to | |
| create custom flyers, emails, posters, and other materials for your clinic | ||
| Contact your Flu Busters representative, or call 1(866) 782-3014 if you have questions | |
| or need assistance |
TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR CLINIC
| Check in with Flu Busters to ensure you have reached the participation minimum (50 | |
| if you have a volunteer health care professional administering the vaccine, 70 if using a Flu Busters nurse) | ||
| Send out reminders and disseminate last minute promotional materials |
ON THE DAY OF YOUR CLINIC
| Check the venue to ensure that at least one table, four chairs and a wastebasket are | |
| available and the surrounding area is clean |
AFTER THE CLINIC
| FedEx or UPS will pick up any unused vaccines and return them to Flu Busters | |
| Flu Busters will contact you to see how your clinic went |
