2008, we began an exclusive national partnership with the
PTA to expand our school-based Flu Busters clinics.
In 2009, H.I.G. Ventures, the venture capital affiliate of
H.I.G. Capital, made a $7 million investment in Care
Dynamix. This significant investment will allow us to continue
to meet the increasing demands for our vaccination clinics
and wellness programs across the country, while maintaining
our reputation for personalized service.

Jim Greiff, CEO and Founder
Before founding Care Dynamix, Jim had extensive experience building successful, national service organizations. Jim
founded TIC Enterprises, which became one of the largest outsource sales organizations in the U.S., representing clients
including Nextel, Lucent, the various Bell Companies, and the United States Post Office.
In 2000, Jim received the Ernst and Young “Business Services Entrepreneur of the Year” Award.
James M. Driscoll, COO
As Chief Operating Officer at Care Dynamix, Jim is responsible for all non-sales daily activities of the company. Jim’s
business career includes extensive experience in both the U.S. and international markets:
• Senior Partner at 1848 Capital Partners LLC, based in Miami, Florida.
• Executive Vice President and Managing Director of International for Carey International, the world’s largest
high-end ground transportation company.
• Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of InterGen, a power generation billion in assets.
Mr. Driscoll is also a Board Director of TaxiPass LLC, and on the Advisory Board of Foro Energy LLC.
David Greiff, President
David’s skill and innovative approach to complex service delivery challenges made Care Dynamix the 83rd fastest-growing
company in the U.S., according to Inc. Magazine. His focus on customized, personal programs has enabled the company to
achieve a 97% customer satisfaction rating.
Prior to Care Dynamix, David was a Sales Manager for the Lucent division of TIC, where his group consistently ranked
number one in profitability.
Craig Burson, Managing Director, H.I.G. Ventures
As a Managing Director at H.I.G. Ventures, Craig was directly involved in the group’s major investment in Care Dynamix.
Craig focuses on both the healthcare and information technology industries, investing in opportunities that have the ability to
change the status quo of industry segments through transforming technologies.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Craig was a member of Raymond James & Associates technology investment banking practice. He
has also been an executive with the Boston Consulting Group, Dow Chemical, Schlumberger and Mobil Oil.
